Whether you’re in Spain, across Europe, or on the other side of the globe — we’ve got you covered.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll get a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on the way.
⚠️ During peak periods, launches, or sales, processing time may extend slightly.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at apxstore@apexmotorsports.es. We'll investigate and work to make it right.
